What keeps you motivated?
I want to loose a little weight, be healthy and get a little toned. I do cardio every other day (mainly kick boxing, anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes) and on off days, and sometimes after I do an ab video from 10-20 minutes. I’ve cut alot of sugar and fat out of my diet but I’m not seeing a difference. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like I’m working for nothing.I’m a size 7 in a dress but I don’t want to work out anymore. I used to love working out. I’ve been doing this same routine, same video, everything for about 2 months now. How do I stay motivated? I’m getting bored with this routine! Any new ideas?
At the begining of the day i look at pictures of me from when i was about four, when i had a slim, PERFECT body. It makes me want it.
