Sexual Harassment with my boss at work that leads to me kissing her and sleeping with her at my own home?

Hi I’m a 19 year old man and I work at my city’s library.I love my job and i love all the people that i work with….My female boss who is really nice to me but i can tell she always flirts with me…….she is fatt and ugly and she’s about in her late 40’s. Anyway when i was putting boxes away with her…she grabed me and brought me to a closet and she said that in order to keep my job and get a promotion….i had to pleasure in any way….and i was caught up in the moment and i said whatever i can do to keep my job….and she started kissing me on the lips and it felt really gross but i went along with it and we were in the closet kissing and making out for about 15 minutes….she was enjoying it and i was trying to please her……anyways after that….she said good work…..and also since i moved out and have my own place….she even showed up at my place and she said remember our agreement….so i even had to sleep with her….i don’t what i have done…can some please help me?

Tell her that you are not comfortable with this “arrangement” and that the harassment has got to end.

Then file a complaint with the Human Resources department with your city government. (They may be less likely to rule in your favor if you did nothing to try to end the harassment.)

If she fires you, that would be evidence in your favor that there was harassment.

Really, that’s the only way you can effectively deal with this.
