Why can’t I get channel 5,?

Five Live, Five US and ABC on my freeview box? I can get channel 5 on my aerial, but not on the digi box. I live in Basildon and have a roof top aerial
I have tried resetting the box, but still no joy
By the way, for the fake Alan Shearer imposter, I may live in Essex, but don’t pretend to be a has been!!!!

Try going to the Setup Menu and looking for update.

Somewhere in the settings you will have the option to Auto Update the channels that you have. This will search out any you have missing or any that have moved. Just resetting may not work.
